All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be charged by your local authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, high-demand periods, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@velvoria.uk and we will investigate immediately.
